The Center has selected seven pilot states in which to develop detailed, jurisdiction-specific materials that may be replicated and adapted to other states. Several states will be targeted each year according to the following schedule: 2004 - Arizona, Indiana, and Kentucky; 2005 - New York and Texas; and 2006 - Mississippi and Wisconsin.

This portion of the Clearinghouse includes the detailed materials produced for each of the Center's pilot jurisdictions. In addition, information is provided to assist other jurisdictions in the process of replicating and adapting these materials.
